These terms cover your use of shopbrain.gyst-ai.com and any calls, text messages, and emails you receive from GYST AI ("we", "us") after contacting us. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them.

Our service

Through this site you can book a free Shop Audit call with GYST AI. The call is a no-obligation conversation about your business. Any paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.

SMS terms

Program: GYST AI inquiry and appointment messages. When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from GYST AI about your inquiry, including request confirmations, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups about the services you asked about.

• Message frequency varies, typically up to 6 messages per inquiry or booking.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP or email rob@gyst-ai.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls

If you consent on our booking form, we may call you about your inquiry, including with automated or AI voice assistants. Calls may be recorded. You can ask us to stop calling at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, GYST AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our free audit call.
